Why should I use a travel agent?

Even in the age of online booking, travel agents are a great source of information and discounts. A travel agent can make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance. Not to mention, we are a part of Virtuoso and have access to exclusive upgrades and amenities at no additional charge to you (ex: free upgrade upon arrival, resort/hotel credits, massages, early check in and late check out etc.)

Many times, when you are booking through various online sites, they are not contracted with the particular hotel you are looking to book, therefore you are not necessarily booking or getting what you think you are.

Will I pay more if I book through an agent?

Our fees are transparent. In many cases, you save more than you spend. We can work within your budget, and we always focus on making sure that you get a solid value in return for our fees. Each booking is customized and unique and therefore we can work within your budget to get the most out of what you want.

How are you Compensated?

-Planning fees

-Commission paid by hotels, cruises etc. These are fees already built in to the published rate you can see online whether you book through us or not. That fee will go directly to the hotel booking directly as opposed to me.

Why are there Fees Charged?

Just like many other professionals, fees are charged to help compensate for our time and expertise. We invest a lot of our own time and money to experience destinations, hotels, and experiences first hand so we have insider knowledge to insure you will have seamless experience. We also attend multiple yearly conferences to build better relationships and learn about various places to best serve you. Charging a fee also helps us work with clients that are serious about booking a trip so we can invest the most time into that.
